Group Reservations
For room reservations, please call 800-233-1234 and ask for group reservations or register online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/natregsvcs. NRS has reserved a block of rooms at the group rate of $279 (single or double), a rate that will be available three days prior to and three days after the official conference dates, based on availability. Be sure to identify yourself as an NRS conference attendee to receive the group rate. Please know that check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. To insure availability, reservations must be placed prior to August 31st.
Transportation
To / From Sky Harbor International Airport
Super Shuttle – offers transportation between the airport and the hotel 24-hours a day. Upon arrival at the airport, look for the island marked Van Service outside of baggage claim. No advance reservations are needed from the airport to the hotel; however, 24-hour advance notice is requested for return trips from the hotel to the airport. Cost: approximately $20 per person, each way. For information: call 800-730-9267.
ExecuCar (Lincoln Town-car service) is available for a fee of $50 one way accommodating up to three people (ExecuCar 1-800-410-4444)
Taxis - Three taxi companies have contracted with Sky Harbor Airport to provide service at established rates. These rates apply regardless of how many people in your party and how much luggage you are carrying. Choose any taxi you wish from the waiting line. For return to the airport, please speak with the hotel concierge to make arrangements. The fare one way is approximately $35-$40.
